  • CASPER

  • The Center for Astrophysics, Space Physics, and Engineering Research (CASPER) is a partnership between Baylor University and Texas State Technical College-Waco (TSTC) existing through a signed agreement between the Presidents of the two institutions. Space research within CASPER is built around a heritage dating from the 1960's and including flight projects back to Explorer I. CASPER also has a significant education and outreach program currently funded by the Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, the Heart of Texas Council of Governments and the Cooper Foundation.

  • The Trans Light State

  • A theory, with doable experiments, which holds that "above" or "beyond" our 4-D universe (space + time) exists a 5th dimensional reality. That reality, in which neither time, space, energy nor matter as we know it exist, gives rise to our sub-light universe. One prediction is that the smallest particle of matter, when it is discovered, will be found to have a mass which is locally constant but which varies from one part of the universe to another.
